INITIAL CONSULTATION

We start off by digging into your current habit and budgets. Usually by changing a few things I can pay for myself.

CREATE A CUSTOM PLAN

Not everyone has the same goals or the same bad habits that need fixing so every plan is custom. We set milestones so you know it's working.

90 DAY TRIAL PERIOD

There's a few reasons that people quit. Too expensive, not seeing the results, or just overal frustrated. We avoid all that by getting you results without the risk.

HOW DO I HELP?

It's all about better habits. Don't let the "inconvenience" myth justify your poor health.

During the course of creating a plan we will also work on better habits. Basic cooking and kitchen skills, grocery shopping tips, food budgeting strategies, quick and easy (but still healthy) meal prep are all skills and habits that I can help you with.

In addition to better habits, we will also dive into some real science... I am a licensed dietitian after all. Nutrition counseling can consist of: improving overall lifestyle choices/behaviors, weight loss, preventative health, nutrition education sessions, and food sensitivities.

MEET YOUR COACH

LINDSEY BECHTER

Lindsey is the founder of Live Through Balance, she is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist within the State of Ohio. She is registered under the Commission on Dietetic Registration as well as licensed through the State Medical Board of Ohio. Lindsey attended Youngstown State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition. She has over three years of clinical, food science, and nutrition counseling experience. 


Lindsey is a Cuyahoga Falls native and has recently moved back home to provide her community with personal wellness and nutrition opportunities to improve the health of her community members. 


Lindsey is very passionate about educating others learn how to improve their health in ways that don’t “break the bank” as well as convenient to incorporate into busy schedules.
